Zeus. The God of Gods. Named perfectly fit for a white American Bulldog. Barely every bad, but has a tad bit of an ornery streak. He has the perfect coloring for showing the percentage of his orneryness. A graph, if you will, he has one black ear.
Zeus was the first dog that Alan and I got together. We fell in love with him the first time we met him. We went over to my friend, Sara’s house. Her dogs had just had puppies 4 weeks ago. “Wanna hold a puppy?” She asked me, excitedly. Me, being a dog lover, “Of COURSE i want to hold a puppy!” I had the choice of six. Something about the one with the black ear drew me in. It can only be described as love at first sight.
I absolutely fell in love with this dog. I had to have him in my life. My boyfriend, Alan, got him for me for my 20th birthday. We brought him home at 8 weeks old. Zeus is now registered as my ESA (Emotional Support Animal) at 3 1/2 years old. Smart as can be. He knows what most English words mean that most dogs don’t know, i.e. bathroom, work, car. He actually will sit and listen to the sentences you say. He was even potty trained, fully, by five months old.
